For the purposes of this document, «EBA Crypto» is a trading name of European Business Advisory Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales under the number 08168291.
1. Types of Information Collected
We retain two types of information: 1) “Personal Data” – This is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you and may include your name, company name, address, e-mail address, user IP addresses in circumstances where they have not been deleted, clipped or anonymised, telephone number. Such information is only collected from you if you voluntarily submit it to us. 2) “Non-Personal Data” – Like most websites, we gather statistical and other analytical information collected on an aggregate basis of all visitors to our website. This NonPersonal Data comprises information that cannot be used to identify or contact you.

Your Personal Data is held on secure servers. The nature of the Internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. However, we will take all reasonable steps (including appropriate technical and organisational measures) to protect your Personal Data.
6. Updating, Verifying and Deleting Personal Data
You may inform us of any changes in your Personal Data, and in accordance with our obligations under the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2002 we will update or delete your Personal Data accordingly. 8. About the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The management is aware that on 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into force and will bring changes to how we manage and process personal data, to our privacy compliance programmes, as well as our IT systems and infrastructure. We will be ready when Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ‘On the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC’ will come into force.
